United States: Peaked Coffee averages a 3-6 business day shipping time within the United States
Canada: Our average shipping time within Canada is around 10-15 business days
UK: Our average shipping time to UK is 3-6 business days
AU/NZ: Our average shipping time to AU and NZ averages 10-15 business days
International: We ship globally, so drop us a line and ask us about shipping times to your country!

Customs: Standard customs fees and rules are the responsibility of the customer and the country to which they are shipping into. Peaked Coffee is not responsible for packages that are held up at customs and perhaps opened or damaged. We can not issue a refund for these orders.

Returns: Please do NOT send anything back to us. Coffee is a food product and therefore we cannot reuse it at all. Please send us an email at nextlevel@peakedcoffee.com should you be inquiring about a return.
