How to look Instagram-ready with Peaked coffee

With summer already upon us, it’s more important than ever for me to work hard, work out, and eat clean before I go on vacation. I work hard and play hard, sure, and I’m good at what I do. I’m just lucky that I don’t have to do the 9-5 anymore—what a way to make a living—and I’m seeing the money pile in as a fitness model and social media influencer. My personal online training packages sell like hot cakes (the sort of thing I’m only supposed to eat on my cheat day!), and my posts get tens of thousands of likes every day.

There are two secrets to this success I should share with you, even though I shouldn’t. One is obvious when you think about it: looking and feeling great is really easy when you make a routine out of it. I wake up, eat a healthy breakfast, work out, and then the rest of the day is free for me to enjoy. Of course, I take pictures every stop along the way: a snap of my breakfast (different colours mean different vitamins), a snap of whatever body part I’m working on that day (before and after, making sure the lighting is right so you can see the definition), and then I’ll snap whatever it is I’m wearing, drinking, and eating and the places I’m doing it.

The thing I didn’t mention about my routine was coffee consumption, and that’s why I really mean it when I say my second secret is top secret. When I was younger, I used to be able to drink a few cups of espresso in the morning and drink an iced coffee in the afternoon with my girlfriends. Not any more! These days I have to be really careful with what I put in my body. It’s an exaggeration to say that “a moment on the lips, forever on the hips”, but it’s definitely the case that this months’ diet is reflected in next month’s body.

Obviously, I count my macros to make sure I’m eating the right amount of protein, carbs, and fat to keep my body in tip-top shape, but I’ve recently discovered a type of coffee that can help out with that: vitamin-infused Peaked coffee is a much better alternative to your average cup of coffee for those of us who like to look their best all year around.

I never realised coffee could include all the ingredients that could help me keep on top of my goals.
